Armando Campagnoli

Emilia-Romagna Regional Minister for Productive Activities, Economic Development and Telematic Plan

Armando Campagnoli, known as Duccio, was born in Recanati (Macerata), Italy, in 1952. He graduated in Philosophy and when he was very young he took office in the CGIL Italian trade union. From 1981 until 1986 he was the secretary of the Emilia-Romagna FIOM (mechanics trade union branch) and after he was the secretary of the Bologna main working chamber until 1994. He was elected in 1995 as a Regional councilor within the PDS Italian Party and from 2000 in the DS party.

He has been the Regional Minister for Productive Activities in the legislatures 1995-2000 and 2000-2005.
