Author of 15 books and more than 130 articles focused on the topics of international trade and trade policy, technological change, European economic integration, international political economy.
He studied at both Oxford and Harvard Universities, and was visiting professor at several universities, such as: University of Califonia, Berkeley, ULB (Brussels), University of Complutense (Madrid), Natolin College (Warsaw).
